Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day when items are in stock.

U.S. Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Priority and expedited shipping options are also available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping timeframes reflect transit time only and do not include processing time.

International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery for international orders is 7–21 business days. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

Please note: The Small Dog Shop is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or tariffs that may be applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
