Return & Refund Policy

Returns We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@thesmalldogshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please note: A restocking fee of 10% and a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, and items that show signs of use or wear.
